HomeLLC will help you reach 20% down payment. You will still get a mortgage for 80% of the home value. You are also responsible for taxes and maintenance, like any other homeowner.

No. You, alone, have 100% of the residence rights and Home.LLC has no right to your residence.

By investing in your home, we are betting that your home will appreciate. When you sell, we both share a cut of the profit. But, we’ll also share your loss if the market crashes. We are a true investor, not a lender or a landlord.
