This is an invite-only program exclusive to certain home buyers. Set up a call back to discuss if you will qualify.

If you commit as low as 2% down then we will invest the rest (up to $500,000) to help you get to full 20% down.

HomeLLC will help you reach 20% down payment. You will still get a mortgage for 80% of the home value. You are also responsible for taxes and maintenance, like any other homeowner.

You, alone, have 100% of the residence rights and HomeLLC has no right to your residence.

By investing in your home, we are betting that your home will appreciate. When you sell, we both share a cut of the profit. And, we’ll also take a loss if the market crashes. We are an investor, not a lender or a landlord.
