In collaboration with Fortune, Home.LLC analyzed the 100 largest metropolitan statistical areas (MSAs), with a minimum population of 500,000.

Our Methodology
We analyzed over 100 factors, and assigned weights (signifying importance) to each, based on a combination of data science and research.
We then assigned each factor to one of the following categories:
- Factors that impact demand for homes (Return factors)
- Factors that impact the supply of homes (Risk factors)
Finally, we generated our Home Price Appreciation projections and ranks, based on the Risk and Return scores for each MSA.
